FOIA Request to Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Harrisburg regarding recent course syllabi on August 6, 2025.
A request for information was sent to Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Harrisburg under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. The request, submitted by Dauphin News, seeks access to a complete list of course syllabi for all undergraduate and graduate courses offered during the Spring 2025 academic semester. This includes syllabi from all departments, schools, and colleges, regardless of whether the courses were conducted in-person, online, or in hybrid formats.

Dauphin News has also requested a fee waiver due to its role as a media organization involved in disseminating information to the public. The organization is affiliated with The Coalition Opposing Governmental Secrecy, which aids news media companies and advocacy groups in investigating governmental agencies through Freedom of Information and Sunshine Laws.
