On Friday, May 23, former Central Dauphin Senior High School standout Sam Gress’ current collegiate team the South Carolina Gamecocks won 9-2 against the UCLA Bruins in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium at 1:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the UCLA Bruins in the tournament.

The South Carolina Gamecocks’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 1:05 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium.
