Pittsburgh, PA, July 15, 2025 – Senator Dave McCormick and President Donald J. Trump announced a significant $90 billion investment in Pennsylvania’s energy and innovation sectors at the inaugural Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Summit. This investment is set to create thousands of jobs and position the state as a leader in energy, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovation.
The summit gathered top executives from the energy and AI industries, global investors, labor leaders, and government officials to highlight Pennsylvania’s potential in leading the energy and AI revolution. “As the nation’s second largest energy producer and a global nuclear power leader, Pennsylvania is uniquely positioned to deliver the abundant, affordable energy that growing AI and advanced manufacturing sectors demand,” said Senator McCormick. He expressed pride in partnering with President Trump and business leaders to foster industrial growth that benefits working families across Pennsylvania.
