Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Teamsters Local 776 have finalized a new three-year collective bargaining agreement. The contract will be in effect from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. It was ratified by employees represented by the Teamsters late yesterday.

The agreement aims to support the workforce and advance the Medical Center’s mission of delivering high-quality care through fair and competitive compensation.

“This agreement is the result of respectful, collaborative negotiations and a shared vision for the future,” said Don McKenna, president of the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. “We deeply value the contributions of our Teamster-represented employees and are pleased to offer a contract that recognizes their dedication while ensuring we remain a top employer in the region.”

Teamsters Local 776 represents about 1,200 employees at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
