Sen. Kim Ward, a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, recently addressed constituents on social media with updates and calls to action on state and community issues.
On April 6, Sen. Ward invited public feedback regarding winter road maintenance in Pennsylvania. In her post, she wrote: “How quickly do you expect roads to be cleared? Later that day, she highlighted the ongoing need for organ donors in the state, noting the number of people waiting for transplants and encouraging participation during National Donate Life Month. She stated: “Nearly 7,000 Pennsylvanians await organ transplants, and each donor can save 8 lives. On April 7, Sen. Ward shared a seasonal update from Harrisburg: “Spring has sprung at the Harrisburg Capitol! Loving this weather and watching the cherry blossoms bloom. https://t.co/sOcQjfczOf”.
Sen. Ward serves as President Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate and represents the 39th Senatorial District.
