Senator Dave McCormick has recently shared his views and acknowledgments on various topics through a series of tweets. The tweets, posted on May 4 and May 5, cover responses to hate incidents, commendations for public service, and recognition of entrepreneurial achievements.
On May 4, Senator McCormick addressed an incident in Philadelphia. He commended “@stoolpresidente for not only immediately working to address the horrific display of hate displayed in Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, last night but also using it as an opportunity to educate on the tragic history of anti-Jewish hatred and violence.”
The following day, on May 5, McCormick highlighted the career contributions of Mike Waltz. He stated that “.@MikeWaltz47 has devoted his career to public service – first in combat in the Army, then in Congress, and now the Trump Administration.” He expressed confidence that Waltz would continue contributing positively as Ambassador to the UN under President Trump’s administration.
Later that same day, McCormick congratulated Sheree Thomas for her entrepreneurial success. He remarked “Big congrats to Sheree Thomas on being named Pennsylvania’s Small Business Person of the Year by the @SBAgov!” acknowledging her journey from a one-person operation to leading a multi-faceted company.
