City Of Harrisburg issued the following announcement on Oct. 4.
Mayor Eric Papenfuse will hold a press conference at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 5th, at the MLK City Government Center to announce Mr. Elvis Solivan as the new Director of Business Development/LERTA Administrator for the City of Harrisburg. Mr. Solivan provides expertise in Affordable Housing, Workforce Development, Government Affairs and Customer Services. From his former positions as Regional Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to Communications Specialist at the Philadelphia Parking Authority, Mr. Solivan goes the extra mile for citizens and the community.
“I embrace diversity, inclusion and equity for the City of Harrisburg,” said Solivan.
“I welcome Elvis Solivan as the City’s new Director of Business Development/LERTA Administrator,” Mayor Papenfuse said. “His previous work experience will be a valuable asset to the City.”
