DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. – The Foundation for the Restoration of America (FFROA) awarded a $2,000 scholarship to Catholic University of America student Maximilian Clement following his completion of the Constitutional Study Scholarship Program.

As an incoming freshman at Catholic University of America, Clement plans to study civil engineering and is from State College, Pennsylvania.

“It is important to stay informed of the truth so that if the need arises to defend my stance, I can clearly articulate my viewpoint,” Clement reflected after completing the Hillsdale College free courses as a part of the program.

He continued: “Learning how to debate properly is paramount, as it can help us stay calm and logical in our discussions. It is best to stay politically educated, mind the Founders views, and not blindly believe anything until we research it.”

The Foundation’s Executive Director Christine Altenberger said that Clement is one of several impressive scholarship winners who will lead the next generation of Americans.

“Maximilian is ready to defend his beliefs – we need more young Americans like him,” Altenberger said. “The Foundation is equipping students all across the country to understand our great nation’s founding ideals and articulate them as they become the next generation of leaders.”

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, students must have completed the “Constitution 101” and “Introduction to the Constitution” FREE online courses through Hillsdale College. The deadline for the coming round of scholarships is December 31 st at midnight. Visit https://www.ffroa.com/constitutional-study-program/ to learn more.
