City Of Harrisburg issued the following announcement on July 30.
The City of Harrisburg will open the Jackson Lick Pool on Tuesday, August 3rd with a modified schedule.
Due to COVID-19 challenges and the national shortage of certified lifeguards, the opening of the pools has been delayed.
The Jackson Lick Pool, located at 1201 N 6th St. will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The one hour break will allow staff to clean the pool and perform routine maintenance.
A maximum of 100 people will be allowed in the pool at any given time. Entry will be on a first come first basis. Those who leave the first session will be able come back for the second session without additional costs.
Hall Manor is currently closed due to maintenance issues. We are hopeful that it will be open soon.
