Borough of Penbrook recently issued the following announcement.
The Penbrook Lions Club and Borough Council will host the annual Penbrook Halloween Celebration on Saturday, October 30th, 2021 from 2pm-5pm at the community building. This free event is for Penbrook residents.
Entertainment by Jimbo the Clown and The Professor of Prestidigitation. Kids ages 0-12 can register upon arrival for the costume contest.
