Catholic Charities Receives $10,000 Donation to Assist Refugees

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints recently donated $10,000 to Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Harrisburg toward the establishment of a Refugee Transitional Housing Fund. The fund will help support the work of Catholic Charities’ Immigration Refugee Services in assisting resettled refugees on an as-needed temporary basis until a more permanent housing solution is found for them. Shown in the photo are, from left, Annette Martin, Associate Executive Director; Rhett Hintze, Stake President; Nicholas Sones, Program Director of Immigration and Refugee Services; and Kelly Gollick, Executive Director of Catholic Charities.
