Rep. Sheryl M. Delozier, a Republican from Cumberland, is collaborating with Mid Penn Legal Services to conduct an educational seminar on Power of Attorney (POA) arrangements. The session will cover various aspects of POAs, including their definition, the consequences of not having one, and how they can safeguard individuals and their families. Additionally, the seminar will touch upon related topics such as living wills, standard wills, and health care POAs.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 5th, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., at the Mechanicsburg Place Senior Center located at 97 W. Portland St., Mechanicsburg.
