Lower Dauphin High School recently issued the following announcement.

Spring Musical Guys & Dolls set for March 3-5 

Travel back to Depression-era Times Square for the timeless story of a couple of big city gamblers and the women who love them. It's Guys & Dolls - Lower Dauphin High School's spring musical.

 

Cast includes: Audrey Meyers as Sarah Brown; Jack Wolfe as Sky Masterson; Cady Kanode as Miss Adelaide; Donovan McDonald as Nathan Detroit; TJ Fausnight as Nicely-Nicely Johnson; Conor Grubb as Benny Southstreet; Ezra Bulgrien as Rusty Charlie; Andrew King as Arvide Abernathy; Christianna Harchuska as General Cartwright; Dylan Hassinger as Big Jule; Aden Weigle as Harry the Horse; Hudson Millar as Lt. Brannigan; Mason Barrick as Joey Biltmore; and Livy Carter as Angie the Ox. 

Understudies are Amber Abela, Mason Barrick, Abigail Foran, Hunter Meyers, and Nathan Wolfe. 

The Mission Band features Samantha Farace as Agatha, Nathan Wolfe as Calvin, and Kristen Ajala as Martha. The Hot Box features Emma Waughen as Mimi, Kaitlyn Hoffman as Allison, Alicia Jones as Vernon, and Kayley Schell as Ferguson. 

The ensemble includes Katie Estes, Jolie Revenis, Nicole Estes, Anne Nelson, Jordan Braman, Gabbi Pagano, Lucia Schertzer, Silas Howard, Aubrey Subbio, Ashlyn O’Sick, Lucy McCurdy, Clara Breidenstine, Nikolai Wagner, and Riley O’Brien.  

Staff includes Kevin Strawser, director; Val Stricker, producer; Elizabeth Colop, vocal director, Mike James, technical director, Marie Weber, pit orchestra director; Bryan Strawser, stage manager; Rushard Dennis, choreographer; Elana Farace, costumer/props mistress; Chelsey Martin, makeup artist. 

Shows run from Thursday, March 3, to Saturday, March 5. Tickets are available by calling 717-566-5393. 

There will not be a senior citizen's preview show this year.

The performance on Friday, March 4, will also feature a dinner before the show to benefit the Lower Dauphin Falcon Foundation. The dinner theatre will feature a one-plate buffet meal with salad, sides and dessert. Tickets for the dinner theatre must be reserved by Feb. 25 by calling 717-566-5393.
